- How to submit measurements?
The Measurement forms will be emailed to you after completing your order. Customer is requested to fill the form at the earliest. Kindly Note that the Stitching Payment/Measurements has to be received By MIRRAW within 48/72 hours from the order placed.
- What are the stitching charges?
The stitching cost varies for Blouse, Dress(Salwar/Anarkali/Gowns) and Lehenga. Following are the stitching charges for the same.
For Blouse stitching :- $1.0(Regular), $1.0(Custom stitched)
For Dress stitching :- $1.0(Standard), $1.0(Custom stitched)
For Lehenga stitching :- $1.0(Standard), $1.0(Custom Stitched)
- What is the delivery time?
We take extra 5-8 business days to deliver stitched products. The delivery time for Unstitched products is 12 - 15 Business days. The delivery time for Stitched products is 18 - 20 Business days.
- Can I return the stitched product?
Stitched Products are customized as per your measurements so it cannot be resold/reused and thus will NOT be eligible for returns/refunds in any case.
- Can I cancel the order after requesting stitching?
The customer can only cancel the stitching order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.
- Can I remove stitching after my order has been placed?
Yes. We can certainly remove the stitching or customization request from your order, until the item has not been sent for stitching. Before processing for stitching a confirmation email is sent to the customer. Customers can specify their request of removing stitching in the email or can call us or email us on mcare@mirraw.com for querie.
- Can I modify my measurement after submitting it?
Yes, we do accept measurement modification requests if the product has not been sent for stitching. Before processing for stitching a confirmation email is sent to the customer. If any modification is there the customer can mention it in the confirmation email. Only after receiving the confirmation, stitching is processed.
- I have already placed my order but forgot to click on the stitching option. What do I do now?
If the customer forgets to add stitching he/she needs to call us or email us on mcare@mirraw.com ,We will add stitching for the customer. Later an invoice and measurement form is sent to the customer. Stitching can be added with item(s) till the time it is not dispatched from our end.
- What do you mean by Unstitched Fabric?
The fabric will have to be stitched to make it ready to wear. You can get it stitched by opting for our stitching services, else you can get the outfit stitched at your end as well.
- What is Semi-stitched Salwar Kameez?
Semi-stitch implies half stitched outfit with pre-defined neck styles, sleeve style, neck depths & outfit length. In these type of apparels, only side seams are left open, which can be adjusted as per the bust size chosen. Bottom for semi stitched Salwar Kameez comes as only fabric, which can be customized as per customer’s style and specifications.
