Your Management and Customer service department is out of touch with the real world. Conflicting emails causing confusion near every day, non communication with me the customer and refusal to allow my order to be sent to my Postal Address to stop the theft of it being delivered from my residence. Unless I am able to have my orders in future be sent to my Post Office I will not be ordering from you again in the future.

There was a brown stain by the inner ropes. The item was not as nice as what was on the site - far from. The material looked light and cheap. The item had a horrible smell so it definitely needs to be washed before wearing and there’s no guarantee it will look right after. Ordered it for a function but it doesn’t look good enough so definitely can’t use for that

Gorgeous bead work, nice fabric. I ordered 3 inches more than my width, and the lining still clings unpleasantly. Will have to hem it, as I apparently got the length wrong. Nice arm mobility to belly dance with wings.

Arrived on time, but though measured it is too long and some of the small gemstones are missing due to stitching and / or transport. Otherwise a nice dress. Thank you.
